Services and Products

Indulgence Medical Day Spa offers physician-directed medical spa, aesthetic, wellness, and skincare services, as well as professional skincare products.

Services are subject to provider evaluation, availability, and individual eligibility.

Appointments, Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows may be charged the full scheduled service price.

Refunds, Packages & Credits

• Treatments and services received are non-refundable.
• All product purchases are final sale. We do not accept product returns.
• Prepaid services, packages, credits, and banked treatments are non-transferable and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, prepaid services and credits are generally intended to be used within one year of purchase. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Indulgence Medical Day Spa and where permitted by law.

Memberships & Recurring Payments

Memberships, packages, and recurring-payment programs may have separate terms regarding pricing, billing, commitments, cancellation, and included services. Any specific membership or program agreement provided at enrollment will govern that program.

By enrolling in a recurring-payment program, the customer authorizes applicable charges according to the terms of that agreement until canceled in accordance with its terms. To request a cancellation, contact us using the information below.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and promotional credits may be subject to terms and limitations disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Medical Services

Medical, aesthetic, and wellness services are individualized based on the patient's medical history, needs, and provider recommendations. A consultation or medical evaluation may be required before treatment. Not every patient is a candidate for every service.

Individual results vary, and no specific treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Weight-Management & Prescription Services

Weight-management, prescription-related, hormone, and other medically directed services require appropriate evaluation and eligibility. Treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals and are medically supervised as applicable.

A consultation or payment does not guarantee that a specific medication or treatment will be prescribed.

Payment Authorization

Customers are responsible for charges associated with services, products, memberships, and other purchases they authorize. By providing payment information, customers authorize Indulgence Medical Day Spa and its payment processors to process applicable charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate health and medical information and for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their healthcare provider.

Age Requirements

Patients must be at least 18 years old to independently consent to treatment. Patients under 18 may require a parent or legal guardian to be present and provide consent, subject to applicable law and treatment requirements.
